Duluth resident Daniel Fanning has announced he is running for Congress in Minnesota's 8th Congressional District. The campaign will officially kick–off at noon this Sunday, October 9th, at the University of Minnesota-Duluth Kirby Student Center Plaza.
Fanning is an Iraq War Veteran who enlisted in the Army National Guard soon after the attacks of September 11, 2001.
